“Ci hanno addebitato 93 dollari da noi non dovuti , la sera prima di partire ,non andateci .”

“Un appartamento con tutti servizi, ottimo per anche lunghi soggiorni. ”

“Helpful foh staff, accommodating my fear of heights giving us a liwer ground floor room. Beautiful room with everything needed. We only stayed 1 night for a concert but would definitely come back again.”

However, please note that the economy studio has one tiny high window, but is essentially a windowless block bunker under the back of the building. There is no natural ventilation, light or outlook. “Great location close to Viaduct restaurants and waterfront. Retro vibes are fun with spacious rooms and clean amenities. We will be back again!”

“Beautiful old convent reinvented to a unique hotel with so much character. We walked 5 mins into the little town to grab a bite to eat and a cocktail. We only stayed one night but it was lovely and very clean.”

“Great to be able to have adjoining rooms for us and the kids. Helpful friendly staff and yummy breakfast thanks!”

“Personale molto cortese, stanza molto bella e pulita, ottima posizione. Anche il ristorante ottimo”

“Everything was tidy and new. Staff were friendly and polite. Would go again :)”

“The balcony is really nice. The toilet door doesn’t shut. Make my room light go off as I pull the card out, so room cleaning was not done. Despite telling the staff and at the reception verbally, the making the room was not done for 2 days during my stay.”

“This Hotel, for the money paid, I will never use it again or even consider it! ”

“Motel standard ma pulito e piú che dignitoso, parcheggio interno e personale gentile (ma in NZ è la norma). Si raggiungono i ristoranti di Ponsonby a piedi in pochi minuti, il centro cittá in una ventina (in salita al ritorno). Davanti alla struttura c'è anche la fermata dell'autobus, davvero in posizione strategica!”

“Very unique property. Arrived at 10pm with a newborn and check in staff was so unhelpful, slow and just not a good experience! We ended up checking out as we felt horrible being there”

“Very nice and friendly hostel. Prices maybe too high for the structure but a very welcoming way to start your journey!”

“The staff was great. They were very accommodating. A special shout out to Raelene at the front desk. She's A 5 Star emp!oyee.”
