The only complaint I have was that I was charged $75 extra dollars for my dog and even though the room was clean surfaces and all, it smelled of urine from the carpeting. As it was late and I was tired, I didn’t ask to change rooms. I feel like I deserve at least a partial refund of my $75 pet fee. ”
