“We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!”

“There was a smell in room 410, it was really bad and smelled like there was mold in the walls. Also, the water did not seem clear in the tub. Perhaps it was the tub that changed colors, but I did not want to find out.”

“We didn't like much our room (main level of the Inn), particularly the bathroom. It was dark and uncomfortable to use the sink. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, and very nice and friendly staff.”

“They have air fresheners plugged in lobbie and a couple hallway to help with musty smell. Rooms smell like a wet basement. Humidity is bad. Mold on windows. Paint peeling around windows because of humidity. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Sink water smells like sulfur. Breakfast was a joke. Sausage links, eggs, hash browns. Went down at 8am and everything was cold. Had to use microwave. Then next day it was the left overs from day before. You could easily tell. Also parking lot was empty...

“Enjoyed my stay. Amazingly quiet for being close to the road. Comfortable bed & pillows. Even the AC worked well...No morning stuffy nose/head was a bonus. I would stay here again.”

“Room was very worn down and room rug smelled the wet rug in close doors. Didn’t stay in room 5 minutes. That has a lot to say . Not recommend . Checked out immediately and was charged 50.00.”

“Desk clerk very surly-no breakfast-no coffee- neither bed lamp worked-feet were black from walking on filthy floor-sheets had sand or crumbs in them-Security lock on door had half missing-two very thin towels and bath cloths- (could literally see through them)-No room phone-no clock-TV had only basic cable-AC leaked water on floor- I would stay in a tent in the rain before I would stay here again. Tried to think of a positive to report -(Ice machine worked) Do not stay here”

“Clean room and comfortable bed. Personable staff. Great Italian restaurant right next door. Also money back if you check out early morning of departure.”

“The room needs some updating as it is old and dated. Additionally, it was hard to fall asleep because we could hear people talking in the hall and doors opening and closing. Most annoying was hearing the ceiling creak every time someone upstairs moved about. It sounds like it isn’t supported properly or something. It kept waking us up. The breakfast was very very basic. We skipped it the second day altogether.”
