“Front desk was very helpful and accommodating.”

“I have good things to say about the motel itself. My one negative is not about Best Western itself, but just an FYI...check before you go. We were there June of 2026 and there are a lot of roads torn up all around the motel due to redoing pipes. The water was shut off about 10 or 10:30 at night, not sure for how long. It was back on in the morning. However the motel itself is in a great location on Bay Street. It is nothing fancy, but if you are on a budget it is clean, rooms have microwaves and...

“Great staff, clean room, lots of hot water, cozy bed”

“Great location, easy parking, loved the bathroom. Asked for an upstairs room, got a downstairs room, was told I was going to be called when my room was ready, never got a call. All and all, good, not great.”

“We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!”

“There was a smell in room 410, it was really bad and smelled like there was mold in the walls. Also, the water did not seem clear in the tub. Perhaps it was the tub that changed colors, but I did not want to find out.”

“Out cottage suite was spacious with acomfortable bed. We enjoyed the scones, biscuits, and chia seed pudding at the continental breakfast. The Inn is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the waterfront restaurants and shops.”

“We didn't like much our room (main level of the Inn), particularly the bathroom. It was dark and uncomfortable to use the sink. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, and very nice and friendly staff.”

“Enjoyed my stay. Amazingly quiet for being close to the road. Comfortable bed & pillows. Even the AC worked well...No morning stuffy nose/head was a bonus. I would stay here again.”

“The room was very clean, and the AC worked great. The room was perfect for us because when at the beach just need a clean room to sleep in. It's not fancy but in my opinion well.worth the price. Also had great soaps, shampoo and lotion. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Clean room and friendly staff”

“The room needs some updating as it is old and dated. Additionally, it was hard to fall asleep because we could hear people talking in the hall and doors opening and closing. Most annoying was hearing the ceiling creak every time someone upstairs moved about. It sounds like it isn’t supported properly or something. It kept waking us up. The breakfast was very very basic. We skipped it the second day altogether.”
