“Loved location and size of room. Would stay again”

“Remodeling but did not affect our stay at all. Staff was extremely nice.”

“The room was very clean and this hotel is very convenient to the Beaufort area. We have stayed at this facility numerous times and found the staff extremely friendly and the buffet breakfast is definitely a plus.”

“Great location but our room had missing tiles around the drain and an electric outlet half out of the wall”

“Overall stay was great. I loved that we were given an option on which floor to stay on & the room had a continuous white noise that helped drown out noise.”

“Staff is kind and helpful. Building is dated and rooms feel run down. Strong pot smell in hotel one night and outside. Issues with people setting up lawn chairs right outside our window for long, loud talking sessions.”

“I like that it was quiet and peaceful stay. Some of the towels look like they were browning but other than that, it was an ok stay!”

“Staff members were very Helpful and Clean Rooms. Breakfast was a good assortment of choices .”

“Extremely disappointing customer service and an alarming billing experience. During our stay at Marriott’s Barony Beach Club, staff attempted to run my card more than 50 times within roughly two hours while calling my phone back to back. Despite all those attempts and calls, they could not clearly explain why they needed additional money from me or what it was supposed to cover. If there is a legitimate balance due, explain the amount and the reason. Guests should be able to ask basic billing...

“I don’t know if I was in a room under renovation but it was horrible the shower head was held together by a zip tie then it fell off mid shower. Ceiling lights at the door didn’t work there was dirty goop all in the corner of the shower, the pictures online look nothing like the room I stayed in. Light bulbs were missing from lamps it was crazy.”

“Fue un viaje familiar para una graduacion de Marine en Parris Island, todo estuvo muy bien, no tuvimos problemas para hacer check in a pesar de que fue con inteligencia artificial. El cuarto todo limpio y todo funcionando. Muy buen servicio, recomendado.”
