“The hotel was excellent as was the staff. However, the parking situation is ridiculous. 2 hotels share the lot and there is very limited parking on the nearby streets. Cars were parked on the sidewalk and making up parking spots. The quality of the hotel is overshadowed by the parking problems! ”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “Sono stato soddisfatto del soggiorno presso l'Hampton Inn Westborough. Buona colazione. Camera e bagno grandi e sempre puliti.”

“This is a very convenient location to downtown. The property is a somewhat updated building but offers minimal amenities. Our room had only fair heating, the bathroom door did not stay closed, windows had been fully open, storm windows were ineffective for the windy weather and an electrical outlet located near the bed was missing a cover, posing a possible hazard. Staff were friendly. Parking is off street.”

“The property is currently under renovation. This was not reported before our stay. Breakfast was not offered, snack area was not stocked. Elevator was a little dicey. ”
