“The lobby was decent. It was easy to check in. The room however wasn't clean. There was hair in multiple places in the room. The beds weren't made. Come to find out, the room should've never been rented out because it wasnt cleaned even though it was assigned to us. The staff was helpful to get the room cleaned. They offered us complimentary breakfast vouchebut we chose to cancel the reservation and went to a different hotel.”

“Hotel looks new and clean online but it is not. Room was dirty and tub/bathroom had several spots of rust. Room service was never provided during our 4 night stay. During the last day of our stay a large thunderstorm flooded the entire room and hallway with several inches of standing water. Staff called the room several hours later to let us know we could move to a different room or sister hotel at 1130 the next day…more than 12 hours after the flooding occurred. I left a day early and I’m waiting to be refunded after they charged my card a second time for the room.”
