This Vrbo is worth every penny!! Great great view way better in person this Vrbo is very nice and clean everything was awesome the bed was very comfy and the host was very good at communicating while I stayed here host was amazing thank you so much we will definitely be staying here again soon the apartment was way bigger in person. this definitely one of my favorite Vrbo I stayed at. the location is a great area. food hall right next to building too. There is no flaws about this Vrbo I recommend anyone wanting a high balcony skyscraper balcony book this you will not regret this at all

Quiet & cute!

Overall we enjoyed our time. The apartment is vibrant, welcoming and so much fun! I enjoyed looking at all of the art displayed. Zach added special touches to make our anniversary trip a little sweeter. We used the valet service and couldn’t have been happier. We will be back!

Property Manager is outstanding

I cant say enough about how accommodating, helpful, and thoughtful that the property manager Zachre was! Our flight got delayed and we didn't arrive until very late and he personally met us there. Being a woman with 2 teen girls and arriving so late, I was nervous. But he was right there every step of the way! He continued to check in with me every day to make sure everything was going well. I had to have something unforseen delivered and he offered to come meet the delivery for me if I was unable to be there. Just really above and beyond! The apartment was clean and smelled good. No issues. Only negative thing I can say is the building and elevators are older. The apt is too but they do a great job making corrections for that. Like theres plenty of outlets and the AC worked well! Fresh paint etc. It does list that 4 people could stay but theres only 1 bed and the couch isnt comfortable to sleep on so I would say its great for a couple or to have a child sleep on the couch, not an adult. Other than that it was near perfect. Especially Zachre! He made all the difference! The location is great too! If I return to Dallas this will be my go to spot!

The MOST amazing place to ever stay in.

Zack was so perfect! Everything was covered from a portable vacuum cleaner to a portable heater to a juicer a Keurig beautiful soaps and creams of the highest quality. We were able to choose what types of sheets how many pillows what types of cotton thread count there were two huge TVs that I could relax on and watch at any point. Roku is included with Netflix and Hulu. I don't think there is one thing that you could have thought of that wasn't taking care of in this apartment. On top of that it was the one of the most gorgeous layouts and Designs I have ever seen in my life.. now, for the balcony. 24 stories up with 180 view around the building it was gorgeous you could see everywhere downtown both during the day and during the night it was just everything was so perfectly put together. The owner was gracious and kind and sweet and amenable at every point and I look forward to staying here again.

Amazing stay, perfect for a couples getaway!

We had such a great weekend in Dallas! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured…honestly even better in person. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the view was beautiful. Our host was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. It really made our long-distance weekend feel extra special. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had, and we’ll absolutely be back!

Great Getaway

Absolutely loved this place, the host was very easy and good with communication. The room was so nice and clean, the views were like no other. The balcony is very well decorated and perfect for a nice romantic evening or just total relaxation. It’s in the perfect spot to really enjoy downtown Dallas. Overall couldn’t have asked for a better stay, most definitely will be back.

Great experience

The accommodations were exceptional. The host provided attentive and welcoming service, accommodating our late arrival. The apartment, while older, was creatively updated, clean and inviting with breathtaking balcony views. Its convenient location allowed for easy access to the convention center and numerous restaurants and attractions. Building access was seamless and efficient. The ample provisions of linens, tableware and towels was a welcome feature. Considering its price, location, size and outdoor terrace, this is a great value stay. Just be sure to follow the check in directions. 2 thumbs up!

This apartment was beautiful & the host was easy to communicate with. Check in was less complicated than it seems. The host met me outside & walked me in, showing me to the elevator and room, handing me the key, and making sure I knew where everything was & had everything I need. We stayed for a weekend of sight seeing and it was nice to go upstairs after a long day and not worry about being bothered or having to interact with the building staff but still have any questions answered with a quick message to the host. Parking is a challenge downtown no matter where you stay. We took our chances on the street meters and in the surrounding outdoor parking lots. Great location. We could walk mostly anywhere downtown. The apartment is cozy and beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of time into decorating it and making sure it felt like a getaway. It was clean and neat. Very comfortable furnishings and sleek modern-artistic deco. Once again, the host was so kind and you could tell there was a lot of care and time put into making this spot comfortable & an enjoyable accommodation for guests.

Unfortunately, this is not a true VRBO. The building that this apartment is in does not allow any type of short term rental. The owner is doing it on the down low. It’s a very sneaky process! When the owner was confront he tried blaming it all on me, when he is the one violating his lease agreement with the management company. Once arriving in Dallas, I had to quickly find another hotel, with no refund from the establishment. Be extremely careful with this host. If, you are caught you will be told to leave the apartment building. I would hate to see anyone else get swindled by this host.
