“Nice room. Great view and location.”

“The Hotsprings Inn is well located near the public hot springs and it has a lovely view of the river. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. However the bed was very uncomfortable, we were unaware that there were 2 separate heating systems in the room and we only shut down one of them so our room was overheated during the night and the only bed cover was a very warm comforter. Lights could not be shut off close to one side of the bed. The breakfast was also not particularly...

“Amazing breakfast. Met some great staff!! Drew at the front desk was very helpful - and while talking found out we are both from the same area! The springs were nice. Cold tub was... COLD! Polar plunge all in itself. ”

“Soggiorno molto piacevole in una bellissima località. La stanza è comoda e pulita, con tutto il necessario. Il servizio è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche indicato come usufruire di sconti per le terme. Avrei solo aggiunto una coperta in più per evitare di mettere al massimo il riscaldamento.”

E poi c'e la vasca idromassaggio termale con cromoterapia all'aperto sotto le stelle dopo una giornata di gite tra le montagne. Un luogo di charme rovo tornerei senz'altro”

“I liked the style of the house and the decorations. I loved the concept of eating breakfast at the dinner table with other guests. My only complaint was that we did not know how to get tv stations on our nice TV. The instructions on the tv were not helpful. It was the inn keeper’s day off. We were given instructions on how to contact her if there were any problems, which we decided not to do. ”

“The owner was rude and argumentative. The toilet was clogged when we checked in. Staff refused to come to room, changed us to another room after we complained. Told us another room was blocked off due to clogged plumbing. Refused to provide receipt upon check out. Will never return and will tell others about the poor service.”
