“During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville Airport by IHG, I encountered several significant cleanliness issues that severely impacted my experience. This place was filthy and it smelled awful… the lady with the brown wavy hair at the front desk has a horrible attitude… the whole bathroom was nasty and the sheets smelled like food.. the stairwell area was filthy as well and it smelled like dog and feet… this was a horrible experience and I would not ever recommend the staying here again.”
