“Clean room, ac worked very well, breakfast was good.”

“We had two rooms and they were clean. In one room the TV didn't work and in the other room the shower pressure was poor. The breakfast was good. The front desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly, as were the girl who checked us out and the worker in the breakfast area on our last day.”

“The only downsides to this place were we found it very noisy. Walls were thin, the toilet made a screeching noise for a minute after you flushed it. Also, the sink wasn’t draining well.”

“There is a quaint meeting area that has chairs and a fire place when you first walk in. The room was extremely clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I suffer from back pain, but this is the first time sleeping at a hotel where my back didn’t hurt the next day. The free buffet breakfast was also good. Very friendly staff. Close to amenities in Madison and Huntsville as well as The airport. Highly recommend.”

“It appeared to be new. Very clean. Staff was very eager to help with everything and with a smile. Had 2 pets that were welcomed without question, and plenty of places to take them out around the property. I give it a 9/10 overall.”

“Excellent hotel. There is no carpet in the rooms which was great for people with allergies and cleanliness. Staff was very pleasant everyday. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Look, I don’t expect perfection, but this Hampton has gone down hill. Staff was great at check-in, but there was mildew in four spots on the ceiling, soap scum in the shower, and a whole loaf of moldy bread at breakfast. The toilet squealed when refilling and the AC fan rattled loud between cycles, waking us up. If it had been one or two of these things, I might get it, but this is lack of excellence and just laziness across the board. We stay here 2-4 times per year. Time to look elsewhere.”
