Hotel vicino a Dublin Park Tennis Center - Huntsville

“Very nice and clean hotel with large rooms. Staff was nice but had to wait for 10 minutes or so before someone arrived at front desk to check us in. The TV would only show the Marriott channel and we could not get it to change. Called the front desk and they said they would come up to fix it but nobody ever came. “I enjoyed my stay thoroughly!!”

“Staff was TERRIBLE. Started knocking WAYYYYY before checkout telling us we had to hurry and get out because housekeeping needed to clean the room and woke me and my family up. Do better!”

“Mirror was broke, blow dryer had sticky substance on it, bath tub bar was missing, something on sheets and water kept dripping in the bathroom. And continental breakfast was packaged choclate chip muffins and an apple or orange. Oh and they told us we do have people staying here they just dont have cars, which freaked us out. We asked if they were open because no cars in parking lot.”

“I will start this review by stating the staff was friendly. But the room, was one of the worst I have seen in my travels. The room was dirty, moldy, had trash remaining in it, sheets and beds were not clean, shower was not clean. THERE WAS A MOLDY LOAF OF WONDER BREAD BEHIND THE MICROWAVE! The room was bad enough I did not feel comfortable staying with my family and we had to book a new room at a different location. The area did not feel secure either.”

“I know the rule you get what you pay for yet this place was absolutely not in the same boat for this rule.. People checkin nice and polite.. Cleaners nice and polite. Room was like needing lots of maintence being all was obviously just loose and not secured even the floor in Bathroom was not secure. Refrigerate not secure the door Frame on A/C falling off. plus the bed linen for cover sheet was witha big nasty stanin on it and the room across the hall was allowed ot have loud and very dirruptive...
