“The room was clean, and breakfast was adequate. However, the front desk clerk in the morning didn't appear as friendly as the one who assisted us at check-in.”

You have carry used towels to the front desk and they replace one for one clean. We are elderly and it was difficult and dangerous carrying suitcases up and down the stairs. We won't stay there again.”
