“A very welcoming and comfortable room which was easily accessible supported by an after hours lock box access to the room key. Bus transport was convenient and walking distance to shops. Room was clean and included complimentary coffee and milk. While I didn't drive, there was plenty of on site parking.”

“This property is located in a largely residential area, with that in mind, The settlement was a fantastic property offering quality rooms in a location very close to a family gathering we were having.
The bistro attached to the hotel was lovely, meals were value for money and even has a kods play area.
The breakfast is a lovely edition to start your day off with something not to heavy. ”

Everything is well thought out and she provides everything you need for a night away.
Could not fault the premises she has done a lovely job.
Only downside is the guest room is attached to their personal residence.
