“The property was conveniently located near the expressway and, despite this, the room was relatively quiet. The staff was courteous and professional. Although the facility was clean, there was a few maintenance issues that could be addressed. They had minimal impact of the lodging but don’t reflect well on the overall attention to detail.”

This is a high volume hotel so I understand keeping each room clean is a challenge but if the staff can’t keep up with the current workload then more should be hired. Tons of room for improvements there. It was unwelcomely dirty/dusty...

“In comparison to other Comfort Inn properties we have stayed in over the last 9 months this was a disappointment. It was scruffy, we were unable to adjust or turn off the a/c in the bedroom and the food at breakfast was somewhat limited (the hot water was barely hot). In all, not what we have come to expect from Comfort Inn. ”

“The building need maintenance as well as the rooms. Looks old, cabinets are flimsy, carpet is torn/old, showers were wiggly, and the pool was out of order. Looks like they will be closed soon if they don’t update ”
