“We had an overall great stay here, we were served by Mark when we checked in who graciously upgraded our room and didn’t charge us for parking which was very kind. The room was great, it was very spacious and the water pressure was amazing. There are a few broken tiles in the shower that need dealing with, and the pillows on the bed are too small almost more like couch cushion size rather than an appropriate size for a bed. “For the price you can’t complain too much. The hotel was very laid back which I enjoyed but when we arrived we were given a room key that ended up unlocking a room someone was currently already staying in. I loved the amenities of the kitchen area in the room. The only problem I ran into was the key thing and also the smell of the room. It smelled very very wet and damp like it was full of wet clothes or something which made the air in the room very muggy and the bedding didn’t feel very clean.”

“Enamel around drain in tub was all scratched up and stained. Bed was clean but mattress sagging deeply & very uncomfortable. Bought an ice cream bar at reception & it was half melted & partially refrozen (icy). Very friendly staff but as soon as I got to room I became very unhappy. Asked for another room but told there wasn’t any.”
