“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”

“Appeared to be understaffed. One day I didn’t even get my bed made and room cleaned . I asked for a coffee pot . It did not work . I asked for someone to help one day one and no one ever did . Had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper. Was told they could not leave as they were the only one on the premises”

“This location needs a lot of updating. Only half the USB ports were functioning. Very noisy. Free breakfast was very sparse. Choices were fewer than any any La Quinta we’ve stayed. Will not be returning.”

“The room was clean but hallways were in need of vacuuming. There was a fridge, microwave and hot plate but no coffee maker of any kind. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. ”

“Our stay was flawless from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was lovely with a nice variety of omelets, cereal, juices, and coffee 24/7. Cleveland traveler”

“The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the adjustable desk thing they had in there. The hotel is across the street from a Wal-Mart so that was handy. The location is further from Boulder than I expected because I didn't really research it, and had searched Expedia for Boulder hotels. We had a car do it didn't matter too much but just be aware of that.”

“Do not stay here! The first room they lut us in looked like a crime scene or like a meth addict lived there. There was fire damage of some kind on back of the door, hair and stains on the pillows and bed, the closet was broken and had pen marks on it, and the odir in the room was nausea inducing! I cannot believe they would rent that room out. The front desk lady did move us to a better room, but she seemed lime she was mad that we asked and had an attitude. Just an awful experience.”
