“The property is absolutely beautiful, the service outstanding and a true exquisite boutique hotel experience. We especially loved sitting around the fireplace in the lounge at night and the incredible breakfast in the most gorgeous dinning room. Perfection ! ”

“I would have preferred an option to sleep on a western style bed due to my age [80 yrs] and not on a traditional floor setting otherwise my stay was a delight. ”

“Spa was a bit too cool, bedroom air conditioner was far too noisy to use. Pool in general was very shabby, Spa Pool ladder was dangerous & needs fixing immediately.”

“Room was great, check-in staff were average at best would advise they found a new career , lots of promotions and direction from staff to enjoy the happy hour at bar but bar was understaffed and barman had very little training was definitely out of his depth and no happy hour prices or free nibbles as advertised had a couple drinks and as soon as other bar next door opened 90% of customers jumped ship - handy it’s close to airport though ”
