“Clean room with easy check in. Parking is extremely limited. We were staying for 2 nights and I had to ask staff if I could have the second mornings complimentary breakfast. They advised we should have had our room serviced which didn’t happen. The staff I spoke to were lovely and helpful, giving me fresh towels and the breakfast. It’s a “locals” pub so it was a bit noisy late into the night. The room was clean and the neat, the bathroom was fabulous!”

“Prompt response to any questions, very quick communication. Easy self check in. Nice little touches and attention to detail. Comfy Bed, Good heating. Parking a bit tight, but we parked ok. Great restaurant/pub across the road. Walkable to main street, but beware of distance if you want easy walkable access to everything.”

“A charming house in the middle of nowhere. Loved listening to the birds and watching the sheep, rabbits and ducks from the veranda. Fireplace heats though the whole place. We will be back”

“I needed a getaway from the city at short notice this last weekend - I was fortunate to receive a recommendation from a colleague suggesting Daylesford so I took a stab in the dark and landed on Rachael’s place. I couldn’t have made a better decision. Almost the whole property was mine for the night with only the full moon and the wind in the trees for company. A truly beautiful spot with such original decor, super comfortable beds (I slept in two different rooms, one green, one blue, because,...
