Walking around Daytona Beach Ocean Walk, near the house you can get to numerous places. House is a enclosed big yard, can have barbecue. 1500 sq with nice furnishings, all utilities including WIFI and 3TV, 2 recliners and leather sofa. Kitchen has a fridge, microware, keurig cofee maker, diswasher, garbage disposal,2 compartment sink, toaster oven, 2 set washer/dryer both upper level and go outside door to basement. Outside have A Grill and table and 2 chairs. All utilities included. Bedrooms: has a queen-sized bed with firm mattress, nightstand, and TV, Dining room: table 6 seats, ceiling light..2.5 Baths. Bathroom: full-sized tub. and addition a shower and toilet downstair . This home has a plenty of space parking at the rear enclosed the fenced. 2 parking spaces at front.

When we first arrived the access way to the property is a narrow side street with a gate. We have a bigger SUV and made it through just barely with folding in mirrors. One of the door locks to get in did not work, so we had to walk around the house to get in. Once in, the house was not cleaned well at all. The shower was not cleaned at all, there was a toenail clipping on the dresser, floors were sticky and something wasn’t right with one of the bedrooms floor. It was very noticeably not level. We did reach out to the property owner and she offered to have the cleaners come back out while we were out the next day. We declined and left the next morning to go stay elsewhere. The owner did refund us the night we did not stay. We were not pleased with the stay.

This house was perfect for our stay during bike week. The parking in the back with a gate was ideal with plenty of room for 3 motorcycles and a Trike. There was room left for parking a truck if needed. House actually has 2 and 1/2 bathrooms (perfect for the 4 of us). I loved the vegetation outside that provided privacy from the road. There are 2 sets of washer and dryer (very convenient with more than 1 couple staying in the house). I was happy to see an air fryer and a small instant pot available as well. I would definitiely stay here again.

The house was hard to find behind the overgrowth of plants. The parking in the back was difficult to find. Make sure to include that the gate appears to be locked, but it is not really. Put the house address on the back gate so you know you are in the right location. The unlock procedure was slightly difficult. The real estate lock on the front was a little difficult to open. The instructions for the back door indicated the code which was to be followed by pressing KEY only there was no KEY button on the lock, just a LOCK button.The house was furnished with nice furniture and the kitchen with good equipemnt. There is a bath and half on the top floor. The full bath needs to have the toilet paper holder replaced as it is rusted and dirty. It makes the toilet paper dirty.Remove all the used toiletries from the shower. No one wants to touch someone elses used soap bar.Considered putting all the towels in a central location.The shower in the basement can be used for showering from the beach. However, I recommend making the basement more inviting by cleaning up the storage area.The water pressure in the kitchen sink was very low and should be checked. The washer and dryer are a very nice additional. Post directions on their use. Refine the decorations throughout the house to a single theme.Remove the antique curtains from bedrooms.We enjoyed our stay but it felt a little creepy because of the overgrowth outside.

This home is a perfect location and,has lots of room, very clean. It is a wonderful spot for a family if you will be staying in Daytona beach. Communication with the host was great and it was very easy to access. Lots of parking is available. We will stay here again.

House was really close to the water park and pier, just a very short walk. The area nearby is a little run down but the house was very clean and in good condition. Beds and pillows comfortable and good quality.Host was very helpful and agreeable.Gates to access the off-road parking were very narrow but it was great to be able to park off road and close to the door.Kitchen was well stocked with appliances.Great house, would stay again.

Daytona Beach

4th of July weekend the house inside very nice and the out side needs some TLC. Kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms one full and one half. The basement yes another bathroom but rough we didn’t use. Bedrooms were ok we felt the beds were missing sheets. The garbage dispenser outside was full we couldn’t fit our second garbage bag. Walking to beach was great but neighborhood rough.
