Il mare è a un miglio e mettono a disposizione la navetta per raggiungerlo, cosi come per andare a baytowne dove ci sono negozi e ristoranti . Il plus sono quello che ottieni grazie alla resort fees giornaliera di 20 dollari: 4 ore di bicicletta, una di tennis e una di kayak. Il paradiso”

“Although the room had a great appearance it needed attention to detail. As to call for maintenance for a broken kitchen chair, non functional TV remote & bathroom light. Blinds in the master bedroom were detached and didn’t close properly. The room was consistently humid because the AC wasn’t working properly. We paid for a 5 night stay but hotel had us booked for 4 nights and locked us out of our room on the 4th day. Had to get an updated room code.”

“Room was really nice. Very clean and a nice view. Only problem was the the fridge and icemaker combo did not work. Had to bring ice up every day just to have cold drinks. Over all, very nice..”

“There was an issue with the room and the frond desk attendance was rude and not willing to help. Blame Expedia and I had to escalate to management to be able to get a satisfactory solution.”

“Loved our time in Seaside but the property was dirty. I sent two emails stating the issue and the fact that I did not want to leave a review. Two weeks later and still no contact back from Cottage Rental. Come on guys - you are better organization than that....”

“This was a very nice place to stay. It is conveniently located, just walk across the street and you are on the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast. The only thing we missed, that we have had at other places we've stayed, is the amenities as far as cooking is concerned. (spices to cook with, extra bags for trash, etc) The view is fantastic! Overall, this was a great choice for us. We will definitely be back.”

“Very nice place to stay! Customer service was great, anytime we needed anything they were on it! Very clean area. Very reasonable prices as well! The only thing that my family didn’t like was the beds, they were very hard. We mentioned it to the staff while we were there! Other than that the stay was perfect! We will definitely be back! ”
