Upon arrival, I noticed food on the furniture and hair ties in the bathroom, which were major red flags for cleanliness. “We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave. Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. ”
