“The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

My grandkids enjoyed every bit of the lazy river tubing, the 4 outdoor pools, and the easily accessible beach. The fully equipped kitchen was also a plus!! We hit up the local Walmart and saved some $$ by not eating out much. Rates were fantastic also. Definitely would stay there again!! ”
