“The reason I had to give such low ratings was because this property was occupied when we arrived. -up until the day of check-in communication had been good. At 3 o’clock on the day of check-in I received all the check-in information for our 4 o’clock arrival. We had an 18 Hour drive to this property so we did not get in until 930 that evening.
