  • 4 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room 2 baths, laundry room. 2 private bedrooms with Queen beds and one with full bed. Additional room with (2) full beds and (1) single bed. Outdoor fire pit. Buffalo Trail head 2.5 miles. Direct access to outlaw trails which connect to Buffalo Hatfield McCoy trail. No trailering. access trails, restaurants and gas on sxs. Ask about short term rental options and our winter rates. Enough parking for 5-6 trucks trailers. (2) car carport.

Great place to stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 8. We had easy access to the Buffalo Mountain trailhead from this location. We loved the decor and really enjoyed the outdoor patio space. Our host was amazing and we woukd definitely stay at her properties again.

Trail riding

Quiet neighborhood, trailheads close by. Home was very comfortable inside and out. Host and Hostess were exceptional, would definitely stay again as well as recommend to anyone.

Trail ride for spring break

This was a great location, easy access to the main Hatfield McCoy trails. The outlaw trail located next to the property provided a beautiful view of the setting sun! The layout and size of the home fit our group perfectly!! We enjoyed out stay.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here April 1 - April 4th, 2021. Our stay was excellent! The house was nicely furnished and decorated. We had every accommodation possible. We met the property manager and she was very helpful! Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Came for the trails - Very nice house

We came to ride the trail system. Had a great trip. The house was exactly as described. Well kept, nice linens etc. Will gladly return next time we ride!

PERFECT!

Ashley was a wonderful host. She responded to all questions promptly and had plenty of information on Hatfield McCoy trails near the house. She left a list of nearby restaurants and SXS repair shops. House is in a quiet neighborhood. We plan to stay here again.

Family weekend getaway

Ashley was a great host, very helpful. House is beautifully decorated! Many extra little things made this cozy home extra special. We rode the nearby trails and had a blast! Will definitely recommend to others. Plenty of room for parking for machines and trailers.

Great visit

Ashley is a great person to work with she is very accommodating and responsive. The home was very clean and well kept and is close to the Buffalo Trail system. Plenty of parking and covered area to put your equipment if the weather is bad.

Great stay!

We highly recommend (group of 8) We stayed right after Hurricane Helene had passed through the area. Our home owner made sure we had everything we needed to make due while the communtity dealt with a few power and water issues. She went above and beyond to make sure we weeetaken carw of.

Great place to stay

We had a blast riding up in WV, it was nice to return to the house that was very welcoming. It was also nice to have a trail access right next to the house. Ashley was very helpful and communicated fast to our needs and questions. Will consider renting again. Thanks Ashley

Wonderful relaxing, Adventurous

This house was clean, decorated adorable and was perfect for our family of 5 AND our friends family of 4. If your coming to the area to ride there are multiple trail heads nearby! We were able to drop our trailers on the property and not use vehicles or trailers the entire trip. Will definitely return.....thank you!

Most gracious host and great home

From the beginning Ashley was great at communicating and let us check in a little early. We had a couple of issues out of her control but she was immediately on it and took care of both. The home is a cute place with quick access to both Hatfield and McCoy trails, as well as, the outlaw trails. It is also convenient to stores, when needed. We would recommend this to friends and already have to another group that takes summer vacation to ride the trails.

Fantastic

The only thing I’d do differently is take advantage of a grocery drop! Great communication. 8 people stayed, 7 adults and 1 teen. No issues with hot water. No issues with parking 3 trucks, trailers, 3 SXS, 2 dirt bikes and 2 quads. We did almost 200 miles in 2 days, never reloaded machines until it was time to head home.

4 wheeling adventure

The host was great and very accommodating. House was clean and we had everything we needed. Not much room for more then 2 trailers depending on what you have. We had a 24ft enclosed and a 22ft enclosed trailer, and that was fine but anymore then that and good luck. But we had access to water to pressure wash our buggies and that worked out great.. being able to have the extra room in the house with 2 bathrooms worked out well. Overall was a great experience !

Hatfield McCoy Trails Trip

Easy process and nice house. House was clean and comfortable and close to trails. Wish it was a little more remote and neighbors weren't so close but really enjoyed my stay!
