Hotel a Delcambre

“We loved staying there. They even had an actual comforter on the bed, not a thin blanket! Definitely going to stay there again!”

“No breakfast lobby had guest drinking playing cards from 2:00 PM to Midnight Guest were loud and hallway smelled like weed”

“The hotel accused us over the phone saying that someone called and report weed smells in the hallway, when i went and spoke with the front desk and asked her to check the room before i left so that i could get deposit back she stated “i already confirmed it wasnt you all” and continued to talk about how she wasn’t accusing us with 2 kids of smoking in the rooms. Then proceeded to check us out and confirmed that i would get my deposit when i asked multiple times to go check the room before i left...

“Albergo sporchissimo, abbiamo dovuto pulire noi il pavimento della stanza con teli bagno, tornati neri (vedere le foto). Climatizzatore molto rumoroso, ascensore fermo per guasto, niente wifi, personale che comincia i lavori alle 5 del mattino... esperienza terribile. ”

“Wasn’t bad, just old and out dated. Room smelled slightly, but it wasn’t a big deal. Guy in the front was helpful, when checking in. Can’t complain about the price.”

“I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and...

“The pool was rusty needed a paint job and so did the jacuzzi. The building need to be in a better condition.”

Abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception la mattina e ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero dato un riscontro via e-mail (abbiamo lasciato l’hotel) ma sono passati due giorni e non è successo nulla. ”

“L'hotel è già,di suo, di ottimo livello. Ma se ci aggiungiamo l'aperitivo (stuzzichini e birra a volontà) dal lunedi al giovedì lo rende uno dei migliori hotel dei 13 viaggi in usa. Peccato per la solita posizione vicina alla highway senza infamia e senza lode”

“Our rooms were clean and the A/C worked. The bathrooms were clean as well. Breakfast was good and had a very good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially house keeping and the kitchen staff. The night front desk staff was nice but lacked some professionalism. He seemed bothered by me wanting to switch rooms to be close to my family. Then he could only get 1 key made for the new room and he seemed very frustrated.”
