“Great room. The only negative was when we went down for breakfast on check out day, they deactivated our keys before checkout time, causing us to get locked out of our room.”

“When I don’t hear a vacuum, I don’t believe the rooms are clean enough. I never saw nor heard a vacuum. The cleaning lady and staff were very friendly and helpful. That was a big plus. The hotel is completely remodeled but the building is so old that the floors are soft and creaky. And very oddly, the rooms smell strongly of cheap perfume. It was so strong that I considered leaving. I woke up coughing with an extremely stuffy nose and headache. Although I loved the staff, I’ll never stay there...

“The room was clean but outdated, the wall paper was coming off where the moulding and the wall meet, the water pressure was horrible, the shower was one big stream of water with no pressure, the water was just falling from the shower head. The shampoo and body wash were not refilled so they provided a small travel size bottle of each for two days, for two women. It's a good thing I brought my own and didn't rely on the description.
