“I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help...

“Convenient access right off the 95. Close to all the attractions in Mystic and not too far from the casinos. The breakfast was underwhelming with limited options.”

“This was a no smoking facility, but the hallway continually smelled like smoke. There were almost no outlets in the room. One of them was a code violation, the walls are also paper thin and so in the middle of the night you were listening to the TV next door. ”

“The hotel is basic and renovation work was ongoing when we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and large. The airco is working and make some noise. The breakfast was 'included' but not available. They offered some coffee at the end.”

“No hot tub, no breakfast, very dirty and run-down. Half the building was being renovated because of a bad fire involving 3 floors! Strong fire smell and broken elevator. They tried to put us in a room right next door to 10 rooms we could barely walk by doors, tools insulation and workers hammering and drilling. Moved us to the other end and downstairs. Still strong fire smell. Pool was dirty and stuff floating around. Hot tub boarded up and sauna no where to be found. We have stayed here before...

“You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep.”

“Appena arrivati l'impatto non è stato dei migliori, sembra all'esterno una catapecchia cadente, ma spesso l'apparenza inganna.....infatti ci aspetta di molto peggio !!!! Abbiamo chiesto una camera per non fumatori, e ci troviamo un odore nauseante di fumo, le lenzuola bruciate dalle sigarette e sporche di capelli !!!! La moquette piena di polvere, insomma un incubo. Come se non bastasse il livello della clientela molto basso, si sentono rumori e schiamazzi a tutte le ore. PESSIMO MOTEL”

“The motel could use an upgrade. I was concerned that the door on the room wasn’t locked and easy to get in. Bathroom door dodnt shut. Staff was pleasant. No amenities but it was an inexpensive hotel”

“The first unacceptable problem was that the property is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE!! The second issue was that the property listed many amenities on Expedia that DID NOT EXIST!! I specifically booked our stay for The Arcade,Gift Shop, vending machines,and expected the breakfast buffet to be like the pictures that were posted!! Not even close!! My advice from this experience is to call the property first before you book it!! Especially if you have children!!!”
