“We absolutely love this property and we have stayed here many times. We have stayed in many of the cottages, and on the houseboat (which was a wonderful experience), but our favorite is the Bluffs first floor. The property is pristine, the cottages are modern, clean, warm and welcoming. It is so peaceful to look out at the water and forget about the craziness of life. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Lovely staff. The breakfast wasn’t good though. I read so many reviews that said it was great and the muffins were baked fresh. It was a plastic wrapped blueberry muffin, and a piece of lemon cake. Two clementines and two bananas, and 2 coffees that tasted burnt and was given 4 sugars and 4 creamers. Wasn’t too thrilled about the jacuzzi and didn’t use it. The jets weren’t the cleanest. Needs a lot of updates.”

“Kidding me?? Woke up to screaming seagulls at 5am going through next doors property’s dumpsters right outside our rooms backyard. And two chairs to sit on if we wanted to watch with weeds also. Obviously this hotels manager knows about this and doesn’t give a crap about seagulls waking up travelers at 5 am and then he called me “ boss” instead of “ SiR”. What a dump!!! “The property is completely run down and about two thirds of the property looks abandoned. The room was dirty. The bed sheets had holes and stains. The windows did not lock. There is one outlet in the entire room. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The indoor pool was gross and had moldy water and place smelled like something died in there. There was only one light outside that worked so it was very dark outside. We did not feel safe. As far as staff, we saw no one other...

“The hotel is basic and renovation work was ongoing when we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and large. The airco is working and make some noise. The breakfast was 'included' but not available. They offered some coffee at the end.”

“It's affordable for a reason. There are pretty questionable people staying there and it seems like they also serve as a shelter. Beds are comfortable though and it was quiet.”

“The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. The curtains on the window were a solid panel so you couldn't really open them. I slid them aside. Fun fact: the metal box the mattress sits on makes a cool...

“The room was very clean, staff were very friendly and outgoing, breakfast had a great variety of choices and very tasty. Oh, and the location is ideal. You can get to any (and there are a lot) of the areas attractions very easily and quickly. Overall it was a nice one night stay.”
