“First of all, there were not many staff members who knew what they were doing. You could ask a question and they didn’t know the answer. We asked for sugar for our coffee and they brought cream. We asked for more regular coffee and we got decaf. We called for room service and breakfast was overcooked and had no flavor. We had a few glasses to be taken and they left them for days. “This property is so tidy throughout and William the host was welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are large, the price affordable for a layover to catch a ferry Every necessity was thought of for the type of guest William receives. 10 of 10… not fancy, doesn’t pretend to be and super linens and clean. The continental breakfast was an additional surprise. Thanks William. We’ll be back on our next ferry crossing. ”

“Family of five who needed a place to crash 3 nights. The location is amazing. Right on the beach. Parking easy and assigned. Rooms were ok. The bathroom cabinet in room 109 was crooked and the back of it inside falling apart. Fridge worked great. View from ocean room.. so beautiful. Balcony, incredible and large. Very strict rules which I’m assuming is from past people partying. Rooms were quiet from other guests. Staff running it was helpful and great. Coffee was on first floor which was nice...

“We were driving from Florida to RI. Stopped and played tourist in NYC and drove until we were tired. Found this hotel, arrived late, it was easy check-in, staff was super kind and mindful of our late arrival & gave us extra bedding. Breakfast was a spread! They did a great job! The suite was very spacious. Beds were comfy, pull out not so much, but for the kiddos they didn’t mind!”
