Hotel vicino a Mason Island Marina - Mystic

“We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was impeccably clean and cozy. It was perfectly appointed with modern amenities, yet it still retained its classic coastal charm. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water right from our room was the highlight of the trip. The innkeepers were incredibly accommodating. A huge bonus for us was the kayaks on the property. The availability of clean lifejackets was a plus. We can’t wait to go back and relax.”

“Didn't like the lock on the siding door. no cups for a drink. pool looked grungy.Need grab bars in shower and bathroom where needed.Other than these few things we were very satisfied and slept well.”

“We were on first floor and couldn’t sleep. The construction of the hotel is so poor that even with someone walking around above it was impossible to sleep. The front desk staff said all rooms are like that. The elevator buttons were dirty, the breakfast area looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile (we were there early). I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“My only complaint was not having a bureau in the room the drawers were small only 2 and were to close to the floor”

“The hotel is basic and renovation work was ongoing when we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and large. The airco is working and make some noise. The breakfast was 'included' but not available. They offered some coffee at the end.”

“There were stairs at each entrance so luggage had to be carried, no ramp. Everything was pretty old looking although clean enough. The WiFi was pathetically slow and difficult to connect to. The breakfast started at 7:00 which was too late for me, I had to leave each morning at seven. It’s not terrible but I’m used to better.”

“Appena arrivati l'impatto non è stato dei migliori, sembra all'esterno una catapecchia cadente, ma spesso l'apparenza inganna.....infatti ci aspetta di molto peggio !!!! Abbiamo chiesto una camera per non fumatori, e ci troviamo un odore nauseante di fumo, le lenzuola bruciate dalle sigarette e sporche di capelli !!!! La moquette piena di polvere, insomma un incubo. Come se non bastasse il livello della clientela molto basso, si sentono rumori e schiamazzi a tutte le ore. PESSIMO MOTEL”
