“HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

“the outside door to the hall was NEVER locked. There were ZERO, no, 0 plugs in the room; the room needs to be updated. There were 3 of us and we had to unplug the coffee pot to plug in a phone charger and only 1 of us could charge something at a time. The mattress was EXCELLENT and the room was clean, the shower was good.”

“Rooms, hallway, and commons area could definitely use an upgrade. It does connect with a restaurant so there is a place to grab food without leaving which is helpful. Breakfast is a plus; although this did not affect our stay.”

“Such a welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Stayed only one night while in town for a wedding in early May. The room seemed to have some updates such as charging plugs on the sides of bed, and laminate flooring - cleaner than carpet. It was a nice stay!”

“We had problems with our room key working and had to replace it 3 times which was frustrating. The property was on the older side and in need of some TLC but for our purposes, it was just fine. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to check it out on this trip.”

“King was not a true king, more of a queen size. Bed was so close to wall that we hit the metal frame every time tried to get in bed. Towels were threadbare. Room smelled of mold & stale smoke. Freezer did not work.”

“This hotel was exactly what you would hope for at the pricepoint. It wasn't fancy, but the staff was friendly, everything was clean and worked well, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. We had a good experience, and wish that every roadside hotel we stayed at was as good!”
