“A beautiful property on an amazing campus. So unique, well kept and comfortable. Very nice breakfast and staff was great. Would definitely stay again. ”

“We were there for a concert. Show was great! Casino very busy but the staff handled it just fine.”

“My overall impression was just “meh”. There was no one monitoring the front desk. Finally saw a tiny sign that said to call 0 for help. So I did from the landline on the desk. After ringing for quite a while a man came from the back dressed like a mechanic. He had on a company shirt, but didn’t look professional and didn’t act particularly professional. No greeting. Hardly any engagement. The whole hotel desperately needs to be updated. The dishwasher was running loudly when we got to our room...

“For the price i had low expectations. The lobby smelled horribly of cat urine. Thankfully our room did not. The bed was comfortable. 1 of thr 4 pillows was decent. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable and there was a good variety for breakfast. Unfortunately due to a sold out hotel, we did not get the room we originally booked.”

“Hot tub dirty! Beds super hard! Phone in room was ringing 5 different time one night and 3 time the next night no one was on the other end! Breakfast was a joke not hot food but a pancake! I rented 4 rooms and one toilet didn’t work and the others were dirty and all smelled like smoke! I told them about smoke and they said I am sorry! ”

“Everything was good until the last morning, a diesel truck was parked outside my room and filled it up with fumes while the truck was warming up ”

“The only reason to stay here is because it’s close to St. Olaf. Half the time there’s no one at the front desk, while I’m sure someone is watching, it doesn’t feel that secure. Everything in the room felt junky and pieced together with old extension strips. I think this hotel has been around too long…”

“The room is dimly lit. Wwhen your eyesight isn’t great low lighting is hard to see in. Hard to see in the bathroom or in the entryway. Consider using brighter bulbs. ”
