“The staff had my name in the system wrong and over charged my husband card. After me and him went down to talk to the manger Regina , she swore we wouldn’t be charge extra fees but we were. At one point she didn’t even want to come out and speak my husband on the behave of their mistake. Instead she told us to send picture of receipt to our bank to get the extra charges off instead of just refunding us. The hotel itself was nice and convenient by the airport if you have early or late flight but...

“Hotel is under renovation so was a mess. Room was fine, but hallways and common areas not so much. We had the room by the elevator and heard it ding every single time someone used it all night, which was often! Breakfast was of mediocre quality at best and dining area small and so-so.”
