It is an aging condominium complex with no amenities when you arrive.No restaurant, no bar nothing except a pool bar that was closed from lunchtime onwards…so disappointing and somewhat tired 1989’ s decor…This is not a hotel and offers nothing in the way of necessary amenities for a business traveler…this is not clear on the Expedia site.”

“The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. “I did not stay here. I drove around the building, to find the front office,and there were homeless people all around it. When I went into the front office, there was an obvious person, under the influence and probably homeless, trying to check in. The office also smelled heavily of smoke... I feared my vehicle would get broke into,so I left.”

Regarding public safety in Phoenix: the hotel is enclosed by a perimeter fence, and entry requires check-in verification, making it quite secure. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fully equipped, though the flooring looks a bit dated.”

“Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids. Would stay again easily”
