“We did not make it to breakfast”

“Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

“They charge to park in the hotel parking lot, and not tell you about the parking charge. They do not have wash clothes in the room, we had to ask for this. The lady that checked us in seemed like she was on something and that the person behind the glass was more important than the customers checking in”

“We loved this place we had a two-bedroom Villa, it was so spacious and well appointed . the pools were clean ,activity center had plenty for the kids to do between ping pong shuffleboard and some activities we chose to do . We would definitely stay again. ”
