“The food on this property is absolutely amazing!! The rooms are also clean and the service is top-notch. However, the one large downside is how much this hotel is constantly trying to sell you and the constant sales pitches. After our flight that was delayed 3 hours, the hotel staff wasted another hour trying to persuade us to joining a time-share meeting for the property. Highly recommend this hotel staff take it down a notch as it really turns customers off. ”

“This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless.
Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. Even if you are all-inclusive, you need to 'charge out' for...

“Breakfast didnt start til 7am and the pool service did not start til 10am which were both a little late.
Before 7am you had to pay for coffee and the ice cream place was also not all inclusive. The steak reastaurant was also not included in theball inclusive.
Aside from that the resort was clean and the staff was nice.”

“One of the most beautiful properties we’ve been to! Pricing is a little extra extravagant, but you get what you pay for! The recreation center at the beach is a blast, food was delicious, staff is exceptional, and even the yoga classes were great! Highly recommend the sea-bobs, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Fernando @recreation and Milena our concierge were outstanding!!”

“Overall beautiful resort but not quite the experience we were expecting given price differential over other resorts in area.
Have stayed previously at Hyatt ziva and Garza Blanca which were 40-50% cheaper for all inclusive so my star rating is reflective of that
The food was similar caliber at each experience.
I had fishy sea bass one evening
Cocktails were sadly often too sweet and was surprised not higher level liquor and wine for the price.
Coffee shop was good and nice easy breakfast...
