“Lovely hotel and staff but the restaurant was closed both nights so I had to order on just eat. Location wasn’t great tbh but still a nice hotel ”

“Pro: Ambienta molto caratteristico, che fa perdonare qualche vecchiume e qualche solaio storto. Buona pulizia, ottima colazione, personale molto cortese. Posizione ottimale sulla High Street. Contro: il WiFi non prende nelle stanze, almeno in quelle più lontane dalla reception. Non è più possibile parcheggiare nel cortile gratuitamente, ma solo a pagamento.”

“Charming old building with cosy rooms. Excellent restaurant downstairs. Nice views of the river and sailboats. Right at the promenade. Access to the rooms through the staff area of the kitchen. Private bathroom was not en-suite.”

“The staff were very helpful from the moment I arrived. I needed to book an additional night and thought that might mean a different room for two nights as Expedia said they couldn’t do at their end. They were very accommodating and gave me a room upgrade which was lovely. They carried my luggage to my room. Breakfast was amazing. Servers were friendly. The front desk agent arranged transportation for me when I left. A very pleasant stay. ”

“I loved how unique the property was. Our room was cosy, the beds so comfy & everything we needed was provided in the room. Breakfast was delicious & having the option of takeaway pizza to our room on the night of arrival was brilliant. Thank you.”

“L'hotel è nella media di quelli delle piccole cittadine inglesi. Struttura un po' datata, ma complessivamente accettabile. Il personale alla reception desk era simpatico e il checkin è stato veloce e tranquillo”
