On the downside, the Wi-Fi could be improved, as it was not always reliable. Also, the management of the pool on the 90th floor could be better. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a great place to experience Brisbane.”

Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”
