“The property had a check-in time of 3:00pm, but, because my flight came in at 6:30am, my room was ready for me! So so grateful for that! Room was beautiful, and bed was SO comfortable. After a 21 hour flight, I was really happy about that.”

“Loved my room set above the promenade and under the Storey Bridge. Could view the lights in the buildings along the river. The room was spacious and well appointed. The location is fabulous as there are an abundance of fabulous restaurants and bars within minutes and even as well as Fortitude Valley just a short stroll away. ”

“Shower was blocked so would have to turn off the shower every 1min to let it drain because the water would pool out from the bottom of the shower into the rest off the bathroom. Shower around the bottom was dirty and bathroom. They do not supply any shampoo or conditioner like hotels usually would so I had to go purchase my own. ”

“The staff were lovely and very accommodating however we encountered issues with the restaurant and they’re grossly understaffed because they were unable to cope with 6-9 tables of people and serving meals. We stayed at this accommodation due to proximity to the events center and paid for the shuttle service from this motel and confirmed with the staff we were on the 6.30 shuttle and if we’d have time to eat, so they knew we were on a time limit issued by the same establishment, we had an hour,...
