“We really enjoyed our stay and loved the property. The house is perfect - just renovated, extremely clean and equipped with all appliances and conveniences which make the stay very easy and pleasant. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, and a nice family/dining room connected with the kitchen. Kitchen has everything you need - coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, big fridge, all kitchenware and utensils, common spices etc. The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean and conveniently located....

“We came to Honeoye Lake for a family vacation with our kids and dogs! It was a very spacious lake house. We had a few visitors stop by each day and everyone had room to do their own activities. Easy walk to the park/beach down the street. We also brought our boat and parking was available (if the boat is longer than 18ft may be more difficult). The property manager was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Lots of amenities, provided laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage...

“Overall wonderful stay. A little far from restaurants but well equipped for cooking your favorites. Beautiful natural setting. We saw deer wild turkeys toads frogs turtles and chipmunks. Lots of fun things for families to do, or plenty of peace and quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. ”

“We had a great time at this property. The beds were all so comfortable and everything was clean! We used the kitchen for many meals during our stay and always had everything that we needed. The only thing that surprised us was that there is only one shower. The became a little tricky with 10 people. We made it work though and overall enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved the lakeside location, steps to the water, beautiful shade trees and peaceful setting. Great time on SUP and kayak. If you fish this is a great spot. Cottage clean and has anything you could need.Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Beds are best for those who like a firm mattress. Headed to nearby Letchworth Park- highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed our stay in June so much that we came back again in August. The cottage is newly renovated, pleasant, clean and comfortable. Molly and Dan provided everything that a guest might need. The lake is steps away from the door, my son loved his time paddleboarding and kayaking. My favorite part of the day was morning coffee on the patio, enjoying the lake. We hope to visit again soon!”
