“Marketed as five-star, but the rating seems to ride on the location and not much more.
Interiors feel tired, and the rooms lack luxury. Towels are rough and carry a lingering smell of cooking grease—more budget motel than premium stay. Coffee is reduced to a kettle and sachets; no pod machine. There’s also no visible effort toward sustainability—no recycling bins in the room or anywhere obvious in the hotel.
Sleep is a gamble - noise bleeds in from every direction: promanade maintenance crews...

“Location is great, sauna, pool, spa was a plus and we did love this feature and use it daily. Our room was needing some tlc unfortunately and did not impress.
Brocken blinds, outdoor funiture very worn, couches were old and need to be refurbed or replaced and the carpet was so stained and looked terribly dirty and old.
We loved there was a washing machine but then no clothes rack to dry clothes. Having to hang all over the dinning furniture to dry them was a challenge when needing to eat a...

“New hotel in excellent location. Helpful, friendly staff. Spacious room. Roof top restaurant was excellent. Currently hard to find as the local city council has not allowed them to put up their sign on the building and there are no street numbers posted. ”
