“Disappointed with the whole check in process. Was charged an $100 deposit for each room I booked. Still waiting after a week for those deposits to be refunded. Various staff were very helpful but checking took nearly 20 minutes and is a drawn out process. I staf at this chain of venues everywhere and am disappointed my details and how I booked were not on their system”

“What a charming little escape! The decor was homely, and the two bedrooms provided plenty of space for my family, We enjoyed the plush couch in the living room and the convenience of the laundry room, Plus, the nearby parks were perfect for evening strolls,”

“The photos were not representative of the property. It was quite run-down from the outside but inside was slightly better.We had a check-in time confirmed for 2pm and the cleaner was still there at 2:50pm. We had a checkout time at 10am on Tuesday and the cleaner came to hurry us out at 9:40am... when i told her no she needs to wait until 10am she still came in... The host did apologise but our entire morning started off on the wrong foot and one of our group left something behind.The property...

“Had a good stay, Shower was good with nice hot water. Kitchen facilities were good. We had everything we needed for our stay. Basic toiletries/plenty of toilet paper/towels/etc were all provided. Area was pretty quiet and had convenient parking barely a metre from the back door. Check in was also easy and convenient.”
