L'hotel offre quello che ci si aspetta da un Ibis Budget: camere spartane ma funzionali e dotate di tutto ciò che é necessario, personale cortese e disponibile, buona colazione. Il costo è decisamente basso, tra i più bassi di Melbourne a parità di servizi, per cui è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole spendere poco anchrle da turista.”

“Modern, clean apartment in great location. Rambla was quick to respond …. No hassle accommodation. ”

“I opted for this hotel as prices in town had spiked up. The reality is quite far from what you see on internet. It is a decent place but could improve on cleanliness (carpeted floor is below acceptable, especially if you have a dust allergy - I suggest they get a better vacuum cleaner as a starting step). Staff is nice and most helpful. The area offers quite a different take on greater Melbourne.”

“The manager is lovely, saw us parked out front before our reservation time and came to check on us and see if we were meant to be there, informed us we could check in early and was extremely polite. The room is clean, has all the essentials, has a nice little view from the window and is easy to locate. We were anxious as we're a group of teen-young adult aged people and didnt know how we would be received, the manager didn't judge us at all and even reassured us of how safe the property is.”

“The motel is not near the city centre but close to the tram line directly for the centre. Externally need some works but the room is confortable and clean. The staff is excellent and very kind. ”

“Great place with great atmosphere. Really good starting point, cos everybody's so helpful. A lot of longtermers to hangout with and social events everyday. Totally would recommend. ”

“Top location for a Brunswick break. Great to have off street parking and access to public transport. We walked the nearby linear park. The apartment is very well appointed and spacious by Melbourne standards for our household of 3 adults.”

“We really loved this apartment and it's convenient location next to the RSL (great meals) and Coburg / Pascoe Vale conveniences. We missed the note that there was no wifi and this became an issue for us as we had just arrived from out of the country and needed complex and explicit instructions to find the fob and then the key. In retrospect, we should have downloaded this info before we left home. If we had wifi / data it would have been fun - kind of like an escape room as we manoeuvred from...

"Hotel situato zona centro. Arrivo alle 7 di mattina, dopo un volo notturno, stanco. Chiedo gentilmente a quale ora avrò disponibilità camera, mi rispondono scocciati che fino alle 14 non avrò la camera. Faccio un giro per fare colazione, ritorno verso le 12. Mi siedo e vedo che ad altri clienti le camere vengono assegnate. Lascio perdere. La camera assegnatami, non è da 4 stelle, nessuna finestra, un bagno squallido. Non c'era acqua per bere, ho dovuto acquistare delle bottiglie al 7 eleven. Un 4 stelle tiene conto dei clienti, dando almeno acqua. Poi lo stile e assenza di finestre mi hanno lasciato interdetto. Avessi saputo non avrei prenotato li. Forse 3 stelle andrebbero bene. Sicuramente, non lo consiglio e in caso non ci tornerò. "
