“Struttura comoda per visitare le cascate, ben tenuta, parcheggio davanti disponibile. Camera non molto pulita, personale abbastanza scortese, colazione molto scarsa”

“Very disappointed!! Had my reservation booked online for our trip a week prior to my arrival. The check in is @4. Got there @7pm came from 5 hour drive. When we arrived to the hotel the receptions told us that this transaction was cancelled and we have no room for you tonight we are booked. Without calling or emailing us about this!!!!”

La scelta (nemmeno economica per circa 320€ a notte esclusa colazione e parcheggio) ricade su questo hotel proprio per la vista cascate sul lato canadese. Arrivati sul posto scopriamo di essere stati dirottati sull’Hilton. Va bene l’upgrade, ma chiedo specificatamente di avere vista lato Canada. Diversamente non mi sta bene. Niente da fare. “Posizione perfetta con vista pazzesca sulle cascate La camera è nuova , ben arredata e pulita. Il parcheggio è a pagamento e non è in struttura, bisogna utilizzare una navetta che ho trovato comoda.”

“Very close walk to shops, restaurants and Clifton hill. Staff was friendly. Overall the room was spacious and basic amenities is there. But one thing is wish the bedding can be more cleaned.”

“We were here just after March Break for 2 nighta. The rates were lower and it was wonderfully quiet! Our kids (4&6), loved the Waterpark. We ordered Boston Pizza for the kids for dinner and walked through the hotel to pick up. We (adults) ordered door dash and enjoyed it on our outside patio. We were at ground level around the very back of the hotel and it was beautiful and quiet, with open grass areas. My only negatives about our stay was that the kids playground equipment was blocked off...

“Bella struttura vicina all'horseshoe e alla.zona di intrattenimento. Parcheggio gratuito (che non è poco!). L'unica cosa che non va è che in due gg non sono passiti a rassettare la.stanza. è passata solo un 'inserviente a chiedere se avevamo bisogno di ulteriori asciugamani, caffè o carta igienica. Per il resto davvero un buon hotel ”
