“The bathroom sink drain was stuck. Not much soap, air conditioning was intermittent, shelf in the bathroom was gone. Building was in need of repair. We stayed here in 2022 and thought it was a nice place, it has gone down hill. Don't know if we will stay here again.”

“I booked through Expedia (VRBO) and the room we were assigned was incorrect due to a mistake by the booking sight ( we were assigned a 1 bedroom instead of a two bedroom). The owner had us in a new unit at no extra charge ($100/night difference) within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!!!”

“Quiet, comfortable home. My only complaint about check-in was that Vacasa changed the entry code so we had some difficulty getting in. My complaint about the home is that there was mouse droppings all over the kitchen — on dining table, on kitchen counters, even in the coffee pot. Ugh.”

“The cottage was very clean, and the property itself is beautiful. It is a peaceful spot on the lake and a nice place to relax. However, there were a few aspects of the listing that were somewhat misleading during our stay. The 2nd bedroom is actually an open loft, so there is very little privacy for anyone staying upstairs.
