“I booked 3 rooms so that my family would be together. We were on different floors! One room smelled like carpet glue. We were not aware that the property was undergoing major renovations. I chose to pay at property but when we checked out we were told it was paid in full since my parents and in laws were in 2/3 of the rooms and were going to pay for theirs at the hotel. “Clean room. Comfy beds. Breakfast was ok”

“The had one of two elevators broken and said it was gonna be 90 days plus to fix......I don't buy that I have serious medical conditions and waiting 20 minutes fir only working elevator could be life thresting if I needed ems”

“The room was clean though the common areas were a bit shabby. There was a group with a lot of high schoolers there and they were very loud, both in the lobby and the halls. The room smelled a bit musty, but after a while I didn’t notice it as much (not sure if that was because I cranked the air conditioning or that I got used to it). The bed had a definite dent in the mattress and I had to shift my position to get comfortable. Not a great stay, but adequate for my purposes ”

“Good location, and mostly adequate for a short stay. The drainpipe underneath the sink was not actually connected to the sink, so it spilled on the floor when faucet was higher volume. Key stopped working in morning and when I approached housekeeping they were pretty rude. Refrigerator was very loud at times. ”

“I got there and no one was at the front desk and through my stay they're was no one at the desk they were outside with the weirdos. I think this hotel is a homeless shelter. It's states on their website, they have an indoor pool and it's used for storage or something. I will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here ”

“Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. ”

“Upon checking in the night clerk was very informative until he found out we booked thru Expedia. Asked about our room rate and he said I would need to check my email if I want that info. Upon checking out four days later the day clerk was most helpful and she apologized for his behavior. Also did not realize there were two different rates when booking thru Expedia. We stayed Th, Fr, Sa, Su and found that the advertised rates of $102 only applied to Th and Fr and Sa and Sun it went up to $149...

“The layout of the room must have been someone's first attempt. To go to the bathroom, you had to navigate a space about 18" wide between the bed and the wall. The bathroom was so small that you had to shift around the toilet to close the door. The room had a total slapped-together feel, and this for how much money? Overall, find another place”

“It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ...
