Card readers for the external access doors on the East & West side of the building need 3 or 4 tries in order to work, so guests place a rock to prop the door open negating any semblance of security. “*Excellent customer service. *The room was clean. *The breakfast was delicious. *Nice pool and gym. **When we arrived, our bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper and the body wash bottle was empty. **Overall, a very nice stay. ”

“Check in was awful, had to walk across a huge parking lot with luggage to another hotel then walk all the way back with luggage to check ourselves in with no one on duty. No elevator for rooms on second floor had to haul our luggage up flights of stairs.
