“Had to be given the hotel master key to open my hotel room, was then unable to leave anything in hotel room because other guests had to use master key for there room as well, hotel was under construction missing flooring, room smelt like mold, I ended up leaving nothing in the hotel room and rarely using it to sleep, I believe I deserve a refund for lack of amenities”

We found makeup items in the floor that were from previous residents. The beds were not very comfortable. And the pool was not working.
