Maybe ten minutes from Darling Hill where everyone meets to ride and less than ten minutes from town. There is a trail head on the same dirt road that the property is on, but we didn’t have the opportunity to check that trail out. The house is perfectly set up for a couple of mountain bikers. “Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike...

“This was our second time staying here and it was just as nice as last time. Plenty of room, clean and well cared for. One other nice thing is that the guest parking was covered. That worked out well both this time(hot sunny days) and last(winter snow). Thank you for a lovely time.”
