“This hotel was clean and accommodating! We chose this hotel due to brand and had indoor pool! Shops are nearby too! We enjoyed the daily breakfast in which one day was shrimp & grits! Never had that before at a hotel! The kids were looking for those Belgian waffles that had gotten in the past at another Holiday Inn but they didn’t have them. Ms Janis took good care of us. The clerks at the front desk were friendly too. Only thing I didn’t like was our room wasn’t cleaned daily, but I still think...

“When we got in the room there were two big roaches in the room. Told staff and they didn’t seem to care or worry about it. ”

“This hotel’s at a very good place for shopping and dining. It’s very quiet however so terribly inside the room: very reeking of urine; the sound of AC likes plane engine; shower towel’s yellow stains. So disappointed!”

“We didn't have a kitchen, when we checked in our room hadn't been cleaned so we had to wait 30 minutes to get another room. Later that night when we came back our room cards didn't work so o had go back to the front desk and tell them that the cards didn't work so they gave me new ones and they didn't work either so we had to wait another 30 minutes on the maintenance to use his key to get in our room. He fixed it. The pool was out of service due to a leak. Won't be going back.”

“Yes it was in good shape. The sitting furniture was dirty and should have been shampoed or thrown out. Guest smoking pot in nonsmoking rooms. It smelled throughout the building. The breakfast was not much of a continental breakfast very few choices. The beds were very comfortable and clean. ”
